His blood red eyes immediately flicker back to blue, and not long after that, Isono's got him in a headlock. He's sure he hears him apologizing, The truth is that Seto could throw them both off and continue what he's doing if he so chose to do so.

But he doesn't want to hurt them. He doesn't want to hurt his brother most of all, so he lets Isono restrain him, albeit with some struggle out of instinct. He's running off of mostly instinct now, so it follows.
