The only thing Kaiba noticed was the incline of Yuugi's head. That centimeter may as well have been a foot, for how it drew him in. His fangs were dipping past his lower lip, enough that he had to part his lips again to try and tuck them out of sight.

They both seem to miss each other's affected states for what they were. Even Kaiba didn't see the rush of blood to Yuugi's face for what it was. He can only think about what it'd feel like on his tongue.
Mokuba, however, isn't part of this. He can see how his brother's reacting, and how the new hire's reacting, and his immediate move is to reach out and take Seto's hand, squeezing hard. Come back, don't walk that path.
